What is Aquatic Therapy?
Aquatic therapy is an increasingly popular form of physical therapy that uses water to help patients heal from injuries and chronic pain. The water’s buoyancy and resistance help to reduce pain and increase range of motion, while the warm temperature of the water can help to relax muscles and reduce inflammation.
Aquatic therapy can be used to treat a wide variety of conditions, including arthritis, back pain, fibromyalgia, and more. It is a safe and effective alternative to traditional physical therapy, and it can be used in conjunction with other forms of treatment.
If you are looking for an effective way to reduce pain and improve your overall health, then aquatic therapy may be right for you. Keep reading to learn more about the benefits of this unique form of therapy!
